- 12 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- 5 years of experience directly managing an HR team.

- Effective communication skills, understanding how to communicate large complex change, with demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate in Romanian fluently, to work in internal and external stakeholders.
