What you’ll do
Contribute to workflow or process change and redesign and form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process associated with a project under management
Collect, measure, and analyze project performance data
Identify, track, and close project issue
Ensure creation of project scope management plan
Create project schedule management plan
Track actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed
Create the project quality management plan
Identifies project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed
Setup governance structure for a low complexity Project in agreement with Sponsor and key stakeholders, including working group with the desired frequency
Operate, lead and minute workstream meeting – align with Citi’s New Way principles. Own delivery and reporting of status
Leverage central governance framework – including Management Reporting and Risk & Control framework
Own and prioritize project related senior HR/ internal PMO / Org PMO related queries, reviews, investigations and provide further artifacts / documents on request
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in project management
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
Fluent English language skills
Intermediate Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving , analytical and decision-making skills
