Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Czech or Slovak as you will be assigned to the Czech and Slovak Customer Market.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven technical expertise (L300/L400) in M365 Modern Work technologies, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize complex solutions.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise solutions in key industries such as Financial Services (FSI), Government, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. This includes understanding industry-specific challenges and how M365 solutions can address them.
Strong skills in leading organizational adoption and change management engagements, including developing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and driving customer success.
Ability to monitor and analyze usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase user engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead Technical Implementations : Design and implement M365 Modern Work solutions with specific focus on M365 Copilot, ensuring they meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Drive User Adoption : Develop and execute strategies to increase end-user adoption of Modern Work workloads with focus on M365 Copilot, including training programs and workshops.
Optimize Customer Environments : Continuously optimize customer environments to ensure they are leveraging the full capabilities of M365 Modern Work technology.
Provide Technical Support : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 Modern Work deployments, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Manage Change : Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of M365 Modern Work workloads with focus on Copilot, including Train the Trainer approach, communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Monitor and Report : Track and report on M365 Modern work usage metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve adoption and usage, with focus on M365 Copilot.
Champion Programs : Establish and manage champion programs to drive peer-to-peer learning and support within the organization.
