As a Credit Verifier I within the Chase Auto team, you will be responsible for calling, verifying and/or collecting information from customers as part of the auto loan underwriting process. You will work closely with credit analysts, funders, and loan integrity officers to investigate and clarify factors with customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within Chase Auto, providing a solid foundation for advancement.

The primary hours will be Monday – Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Pacific Time with rotating Saturdays 9:00am–6:00pm.

• Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligence
• Interact with dealers, external customers and internal departments within Chase
• Conduct employment and insurance verification
• Investigate and verify pertinent loan information
• Perform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errors
• Meet or exceed quality control audits
• Participate in the document retention process
• Strong communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Customer service and/or retail sales experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Auto Finance experience and experience within a call center environment preferred
