Account Manager
Account Manager; reporting to Regional Sales Leader , responsible for managing and growing sales of and A&S
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop/manage/optimize distributor network
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- B uild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Maintains close relationships with and works through key distributor partners to effectively facilitate deliveries of refrigerant products
- Works closely with all functions (legal, supply chain, logistics, engineering, technology, etc)
- Interacts with and coordinates activities with peer Account Managers who are calling on the same account in other regions.
- Builds a sales pipeline, works on NPI programs in the territory.
- Works closely with tech service and technology team
- Provides accurate AOP and monthly forecasts for the territory
- Assists in collection of invoices as needed
- Complete the daily tasks that manager assigned
MUST HAVE:
- degree in a relevant field of Thermal and P ower E ngineering / Refrigeration and C ryogenic E ngineering / HVAC E ngineering
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in related industries
- Familiar with refrigerant products and applications
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentations skills both written and verbal
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word
