• This is a Production Support position which includes many nights and weekends and being on call 7x24 to support the operation.
• Experience managing Infrastructure drift between multiple environments.
• Support will include collection and payment functions. Operational knowledge of these business functions is a plus.
• Experience in Situational leadership managing technical issues guiding a team through recovery.
• Effective communication techniques.
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Big Panda.
• Experience in managing Operating Systems upgrades such as Linux, Widows, Oracle, SQL
• A great understanding of risk controls and compliance standards to goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop meaningful relationships across technology and business teams.
• Strong background in troubleshooting and remediation techniques.
• Ability to manage and drive priorities across several groups.
• Strong sense of ownership, and ability to instill that sense of ownership across the team.
Job Description
  • Manages multiple development projects, development groups and/or application support functions for a major business segment.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide systems .
  • Allocates and ensures resource arrangements during the application development life cycle .
  • Maintains relationships with clients to ensure the implementation quality of application systems .
  • Provides solutions or recommendations on complicated technology issues for application development and implementation .

Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.
