Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Finance or Program Management.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA, Master’s or a relevant advanced degree.
Experience with B2B technology sales and building and implementing corporate, growth, or sales strategy in a high-growth tech environment, with an understanding of integrated go-to-market in enterprise software.
Ability to synthesize complex insights, simplify messages, and drive executive-level action, including strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communicator with executive presence and skilled at influencing and building strong relationships.
Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptability, with a proven success in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Collaborative and influential in a matrix environment with a motivation to focus on results.
