WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work with a diverse team across the Geo, including close and daily partnership with EMEA Key Cities.

In this role, you will report directly into EMEA Sports Marketing Women Brand & Athlete Experience Director.

The candidate needs to have:

  • Experience in Sports Marketing, Marketing or Brand Marketing. Previous work with athletes ecosystem or sport event is required.
  • Strong knowledge of professional sports, athletes management and sport industry.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and develop strong, trust-based relationships with diverse teams within a large matrix organization and large audience (athletes, agents, agencies).
  • Interest for digital and new technology is preferred
  • Skilled relationship builder both internally and externally, with strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Ability to manage numerous complex workstreams simultaneously; managing tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
  • Skilled at engaging with diverse audiences, promoting teamwork, and maintaining positive, productive partnerships across the sports marketing landscape, including facilitating meetings and delivering presentations.
  • Effective team member who positively influences peers, colleagues and the work environment

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Support the development of Nike services strategy to EMEA athletes portfolio across sports and gender
  • Improve and leverage communication on services offer to athletes’ roster to create bigger impact on athletes and Sports Marketing ecosystem
  • Bring innovative and creative support to athletes to help them on and off the pitch
  • Develop new tools (digital especially) and facilitate implementation of new process to maximize visibility of services strategy to athletes
  • Provide Athlete Insights to help shape and refine the services proposition, using a brand tiering approach
  • On the ground presence on Sports Marketing owned events and hospitalities during Global key sport moments
  • Implement Sports Marketing strategies by building strong relationships within the team (Global, Geo, Cities) and across departments. You will collaborate closely with Sports Marketing reps and counterparts in cities on this position.
