Design and develop a structured post-merger internal transition roadmap, defining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables, in close collaboration with Plarium’s senior leadership team.
Manage the overall transition project, including organizing, supervising, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
Identify and quantify synergies across functions to leverage business capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.
Create and execute actionable plans to realize identified synergies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints.
Establish clear reporting and performance tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and success throughout the transition process.
Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure proactive decision-making.
Maintain transparency and foster alignment with the leadership team at all stages of the transition.
Serve as the central coordinator for all transition-related activities, ensuring seamless communication across Plarium teams.
