Responsibilities
- Design and develop a structured post-merger internal transition roadmap, defining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables, in close collaboration with Plarium’s senior leadership team.
- Manage the overall transition project, including organizing, supervising, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and quantify synergies across functions to leverage business capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and execute actionable plans to realize identified synergies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints.
- Establish clear reporting and performance tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and success throughout the transition process.
- Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure proactive decision-making.
- Maintain transparency and foster alignment with the leadership team at all stages of the transition.
- Serve as the central coordinator for all transition-related activities, ensuring seamless communication across Plarium teams.
