What you'll do

Your tasks may include:

• Creating, updating and reviewing product documentation to support our team of technical writers
• Learning how to use the DITA CMS tool for content creation
• Understanding the software development and documentation publishing process
• Learning how to use analytics tools for usage tracking and improving the quality of documentation
• Creating and updating team internal documentation
• Working in an international, cross-functional team with technical writers, u ser experience (UX) designers and translators, developers and product managers

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Technical Communication, Translation, English, Linguistics, User Experience, Media, Computer Science, open to other fields of study
• Computer skills: MS Office applications and interested in learning to use new tools
• Language skills: very good spoken and written English, German is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, well-organized, reliable, curious
