What you´ll doIn your User Assistance role (technical writing), you will act as the link between our customers and our cloud application development teams. You are responsible as a knowledge multiplier for all reusable software, processes, and frameworks we deliver.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university (for example technical communication or a related subject, such as languages, translation, or media and communication studies).
• Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing, Media and Communication
• Computer skills: XML, MS Office, Wikis, Graphic or Multimedia tools
• Language requirements: Excellent written and spoken skills in English, German is a plus
• Structuring skills: Advanced writing and structuring skills
• Interest in learning: How to create videos, author blogs, newsletters, manage communities, graphics, or multimedia assets

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
