Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of HR-related work experience.

Associate's degree and 11+ years of HR-related work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of HR-related work experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partners with leaders across several countries like Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore/SEA

  • Partners with APAC Sr.Dir HRBP to develop HR strategy, solutions and a strategic workforce plan that align to the business strategy and objectives

  • Partners across global HR teams to align on business and HR related goals for successful implementation and execution globally

  • Stays ahead of regional HR issues and demonstrates these insights to develop appropriate business unit HR strategies and solutions.

  • Focus on the targeted leadership development by talent planning and succession plan

  • Lead and facilitate organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with business goal

  • Partner with SVP and regional VPs to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide effective and timely solutions.

  • Coaches SVP and regional VPs on sophisticated leadership and HR issues including development and talent performance and issues which could have the potential to build an advantage for the business. Builds organizational capability and agility through facilitation of talent development planning with senior leadership team (i.e., team efficiency, goal development and alignment, manager capability, org health and effectiveness, talent planning, etc.)

  • Analyze and report on human resources metrics and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to inform leaders utilizing dashboards and other data sources to guide focus areas for their organizations.

  • Promote and foster a positive and collaborative work culture.

  • Ensure fairness and organizational consistency with our company values.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years multiple HR functional experience preferred such as talent development, organizational development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, employee recognition, communication, engagement, and retention..

  • 3+ years of experience in a role requiring interactions with senior management (VP and above)

  • MNC experience

  • Ability to travel as required by needs of the business

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to influence and negotiate effectively.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and to prioritize and adapt to changing situations.

  • Ability to work across global time zones.
