Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in strategic HR leadership in global, multinational companies including HR business partnership roles, at regional or country level.
Experience with employment laws, regulations, and labor relations within Canada, including experience with employee representative bodies.
Experience in building and leading a team.
Experience in stakeholder management and working cross-functionally across distributed sites.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading and implementing global, large-scale HR operational projects including system applications, change management, business readiness, communications, and capability building.
Experience as an HR Business Partner with expertise in talent, performance, and development initiatives, change management, employee relations, and labor relations.
Experience in HR transformation.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Ability to influence and partner with all levels of leadership to drive continuous improvement and organizational change.
Exceptional personal and professional credibility, including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.
