What you will accomplish:
Serve as the main point of contact for our EU regional partners on global buyer engagement and incentive opportunities.
Facilitate the optimization of incentive investment across all incentive vehicles with our European partners, championing standard processes, standardized measurement and test & learn opportunities.
Analyze program performance, customer behavior, and market trends to recommend and implement improvements with regional leads.
Identify and consolidate product and analytics gaps for global prioritization
Analyze customer demand and preferences for buyer engagement offerings, including value-added services, to grow revenue for eBay. Partner with global and region leads on partner negotiation and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams including Trade, Product, Marketing and Analytics to ensure aligned execution against business goals.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer strategy, business/finance planning and program management, with a track record of developing and driving success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve business objectives.
Strong understanding of business/marketplace and customer economics, pricing, and profitability.
Experience managing external partners and vendors.
Online commerce experience in a marketplace preferred.
