- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables
- Architect and oversee the completion of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, optimize agency collaboration, and achieve business objectives
- Drive the project intake process and a standard cadence of communications with stakeholders, agencies, and the internal creative team.
- Monitor and analyze agency performance using key metrics to ensure quality and efficiency, cost-effectiveness, spending, and value
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including client satisfaction, off-target work, or project delays
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the internal team and agencies to implement changes
- Hire, train, and grow the right talent in the F5 environment
- Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations of the Code or other company policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned

You have:
- A track record of success leading internal and external creative partnerships for a brand or product with meaningful results in the market
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
