As Creative Partnerships Manager on the Worldwide Marketing team, you will ensure projects can be communicated, created and delivered, balancing the needs of stakeholders with those of the internal creative team and external creative agencies. You will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs, and ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. You will be a detective, asking the right questions to help stakeholders better plan for incoming projects. You will embrace a support and leadership mindset, knowing how and when to balance each at the highest level. Your success in this role will be measured by delivering high-quality creative projects that drive business results, fostering strong internal and external partnerships, and contributing to the company's overall growth.
You will:

- Own the client, the communication, and the process for creative projects
- Understand F5’s corporate and Worldwide Marketing priorities and ensure measurement mechanisms reflect performance against benchmarks
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables
- Support strategy, communication, and deliverables to, for, and with agencies with a focus on efficiency, value, and clarity.
- Manage the day-to-day interactions with agencies, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery of services, monitoring the status of ongoing projects, and ensuring that all tasks are on track for timely completion.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including client satisfaction, off-target work, or project delays
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the internal team and agencies to implement changes.
- Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations of the Code or other company policies
- Perform other related duties as assignement
Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

You have:
- A track record of success leading internal and external creative partnerships for a brand or product with meaningful results in the market
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree

The annual base pay for this position is: $100,640.00 - $150,960.00
