Master’s or

Total 6+ years of experience with 3+years as equity compensation / equity plan administrator serving mid and large client accounts in a corporate HR/Mobility function or with vendors offering equity administration solutions to organizations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Service Delivery: Administer and support the daily operations of global equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance shares, and the employee stock purchase plan (ESPP). Provide reliable support to the Equity Delivery Solutions Team Lead in managing these programs.
  • Internal Audit: Conduct thorough analyses and reconciliations of equity-related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with plan rules, regulations, and applicable laws. Address any discrepancies promptly and effectively.
  • Process Documentation/Continuous Improvement: Collaborate in the development, documentation, and implementation of operational processes and controls. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance the overall effectiveness of equity plan administration.
  • Communication and Training: Facilitate clear and concise communication regarding equity compensation plans to global staff. Develop and deliver training materials to improve understanding and ensure proper administration of equity programs.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reporting and metrics that align with established team service delivery success metrics. Ensure data integrity and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Liaise with Vendor Network: Maintain a strong working relationship with external vendors and stay informed on global equity compliance and regulatory changes. Assist in maintaining robust internal controls and procedures to support compliance.

  • In-depth understanding of various equity instruments and their administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using equity administration software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
