Manage and develop team of Inside Sales Specialists.
Develop strong customer relationships.
Manage contract renewal process from quotation, customer communication, progress tracking through to order placement.
Lead quarter-end orders closing with Finance and Local Teams
Drive communication and reporting channels between Inside Sales and Field Sales.
Support tender processes for Ultrasound service sales .
Drive cross functional behaviour and partnerships with equipment sales teams.
Drive contract winback, growth in conjunction with Field Sales
Presents and sells Service Contracts through remote contact
Prospects, qualifies, quotes and closes new business through remote contact for their region.
Delivers service revenues objectives
Supports Service Account Leaders and Product Service Sales Specialists on maximizing services sales opportunities
Addition tasks
NHHSC-GE management
Some experience in Internal Sales/Service Sales
Strong knowledge of Ultrasound and or Healthcare Services industry
Commercial acumen
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Able to deliver a high level of customer service and support.
Good presentation skills
Basic knowledge of project management fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong PC/ Excel skills
