Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Coaching:

    • Guide and mentor SDRs, providing ongoing feedback and support to continuously improve their skills and performance.
    • Develop and implement tailored training programs to enhance SDR capabilities and product knowledge.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to consistently achieve ambitious lead-generation goals and KPIs.

    Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:

    • Develop and execute strategies to generate a continuous flow of high-quality leads for Check Point’s Email Security solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in lead generation and messaging.
    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize pipeline performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Ensure SDRs are utilizing tools and processes effectively to manage leads and opportunities from initial contact through qualification

    Performance Management:

    • Set clear, measurable goals and expectations for SDRs, with a primary focus on meetings completed and pipeline created .
      • Meetings completed : Ensure SDRs consistently hit or exceed the number of meetings completed with qualified leads.
      • Pipeline created : Ensure SDRs generate a healthy pipeline by converting leads into opportunities and moving them through the qualification stages.
    • Track and analyze both individual and team performance metrics to ensure productivity.
    • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to help SDRs grow and hit their targets.
    • Address any performance gaps promptly, using data-driven insights to identify root causes and solutions.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement long-term strategies to optimize lead generation, pipeline performance, and sales team effectiveness.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in cybersecurity and email security.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, customer targeting, and go-to-market efforts.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the SDR team and sales leadership.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer success) and external partners.
    • Represent the SDR team in meetings and strategic discussions, advocating for the team’s needs and achievements.

    Specific Check Point Context:

    • Understand Check Point’s Email Security (HEC) solutions and how they fit within the broader cybersecurity landscape.
    • Utilize Check Point's advanced tools and technologies to effectively generate and qualify leads.
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and other sales leaders to build a healthy, high-value sales pipeline.
    • Deepen knowledge about cybersecurity trends and email security, effectively communicating Check Point’s value proposition.
    • Strive to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly meeting and lead qualification targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership presence and team management abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach,Salesloft,6Sense, and strategic sales dashboards
  • Experience as a manager of a frontline sales/SDR team(2-4 years preferred)
  • Experience with closing experience for a technology company preferred
