Role Overview:
The CTO (Chief Technology Organization) Associate Director Change Lead for Central Data and Analytics (CNDA) will be based in the Hyderabad Tech Center. They will haveto provide change management for both organizational change and program/product changes for the CDNA function. The role will reportChange deliverables, including templates, will be based on the. We consider communications one of the major tools to execute on change, so deliverables will include creation of content assets, videos and graphics following brand guidelines. The expectation is that the Change Lead will be a hands-on expert at using both change and communication tools, as well as able to upskill others.
What will you do:
changeneeds of the Central Data and Analytics (CNDA) function.
Accountable to the AVP of CDNA to envision, document and lead the execution of a change management strategy for CDNA encompassing all initiatives within scope of CDNA. This is focused on change driven by CDNA across theenterprise,butalso includes internal CDNA team change needs.
As a major tool for change, lead the design, development, delivery, and management of communications for CDNA team aligned with change goals.
Create actionable change management deliverables for CDNA initiatives usingProsciADKARmethodology(ex: intent statement, communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan)
activitiesas necessary.
Advocate for the use ofGenAIin the creation of change deliverables and upskill a broader set of FP employees on change using theProsciADKARmethodology
What should you have:
, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and managingsignificant changeinitiatives, including creating the deliverables personally
Certification in one or more change management methodologies (ex: ADKAR).
Experience in working with globally distributed teams
Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Excellent active listening skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Enthusiasm and curiosity about applyingGenAIto the tasks related to change management and communications.
