Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the digital channels platform, ensuring seamless integration of mobile applications, websites, CMS, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Design and consult on the best architectural choices to ensure scalability, security, and performance of the digital channels platform.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and future-proof our digital banking solutions.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
