Key Responsibilitiesmay include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate Agile Practices: Serve as a Scrum Master for one or multiple teams within the Enterprise IT department, ensuring the effective implementation and adherence to Agile principles, values, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of5years of experience working in large, complex IT development projects

• Good working knowledgeof Scrum,Kanbanor another Agile frameworkawithproven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an IT or software development environment.

• nowledge of enterprise IT processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management principles.

• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, with the ability to coach and counsel. Supporting team throughprovidinggood practices & tools to maximize the value delivered.

• Experience in delivering products end-to-end through several releases using principles of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and quality automation.

• Exposure to MVP and build measure learn concept andprinciples.

• Working knowledge of Pharma regulations, Experience Design, and AdvancedAnalytics

• Preferred certification in Scrum Master and proficient with AgileMethodology, toolsandDevSecOpsapproaches
