  • You will get to directly engage with clients in delivering real estate data solutions built on modern technology, solving client problems with the support of the larger Cherre team.
  • You will get to be creative in augmenting Cherre’s real estate platform with enhanced support models to further drive value for clients.
  • You will be constantly keeping a pulse on the real estate data needs and demands of our clients, identifying trends and advising on shifts to the Cherre product roadmap.
  • You will have a strong attention to detail, to be able to manage multiple projects while ensuring accountability both within Cherre and with client stakeholders.
  • You will build reusable methodologies and frameworks that will allow Cherre to grow in a accelerated and cost effective way.
  • More specifically, here are some detailed responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding:
  • Domain Expertise: Leverage your in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate industry to facilitate meaningful conversations with clients regarding their data requirements and how Cherre's solutions can help them achieve their goals.
  • Systems Knowledge: Serve as a subject matter expert (where possible) on the systems used by large enterprise Asset and Investment Managers in the Real Estate industry, including accounting systems, deal flow management tools, leasing platforms, valuation software, investor reporting systems, and debt management platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point throughout the client lifecycle with Cherre.
  • Program / Project Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes for clients.
  • To be effective and successful in this role, below are some requirements for you to consider:
  • Necessary:
  • 15+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with extensive knowledge of commercial real estate operations, including asset management, property management, acquisitions, and related processes
  • 10+ years of experience in ensuring success of global real estate services partnerships, including scoping, contract negotiation and delivery management
  • Strong familiarity with the systems used in the commercial real estate industry, such as accounting software, deal flow management tools, leasing platforms, valuation software, investor reporting systems, and debt management platforms.
  • Proven experience in program and project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of real estate process optimization and workflow management within a CRE client
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with as a program / project management tool, G-suite for email / documentation and Jira for reviewing product roadmaps / delivery efforts.
  • Experience in real estate data management and governance practices.
  • Knowledge of agile scrum delivery methodology.
  • Experience working closely with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing client success.
