Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create Technical Concept Notes/Tear Down Sheets:
- Gather information on requirements from forecast CoE teams (Oncology, Vaccine & GP).
- Document technical concept notes and tear down sheets, outlining the high-level structure.
- Research missing information by collaborating with forecast CoE.
- Write, validate, and review the concept notes with business stakeholders.
- Publish, socialize, and share the concept notes/tear down sheets with the intended audience.
- Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Define the objectives and problems for the process in scope.
- Identify stakeholders and define the target state to be achieved.
- Measure and document metrics of the current state.
- Analyze the current state in comparison with the target state, performing bottleneck analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) for identified bottlenecks.
- Document and implement probable solutions to address challenges.
- Draft and document the updated desktop procedure.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the new process during hypercare.
- Create Reporting Dashboards for Business Stakeholders:
- Gather information on dashboard requirements from forecast CoE teams.
- Ideate on the dashboard layout and create a high-level wireframe as a reference point.
- Define data requirements for each section of the dashboard and create a storyboard to identify key insights.
- Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from core, peripheral, and external datasets.
- Sanitize and cleanse the dataset for use.
- Build the dashboard in the relevant tool of choice, ensuring it meets stakeholder needs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Experience with ETL processes and data cleansing.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive process analysis and implement improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Oncology, Vaccines, and General Practice areas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing, process analysis, and data visualization.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in capability and innovation.
