About the Role
· Take responsibility for the complete daily end-to-end payroll process for a number of APAC/EMEA/LATAM payrolls. Managing the daily payroll process includes, but is not limited to:
· Payroll data collection/preparation
· Processing starters and leavers in accordance with local rules
· Processing global Compensation, Insured Benefits, Perks and Country Specific Employee Benefits
· Managing timely payment of all payroll related payments: salaries, social security and taxes
· Responsible for periodical country payroll reporting and other statutory payroll filings
· Responsible for monthly reconciliation of all payroll related GL accounts
· Maintain an excellent relationship with the payroll data providers and vendors and manage a smooth, timely and precise handling of transactions
· Support year end activities and payroll compliance audits
· Handling all employee payroll related queries within agreed SLA
What You'll Do
What You'll Need
· Degree/Diploma in accounting or equivalent with minimum of 0-3 years of relevant working experience in India/International payroll/Accounting
· Effective Communication skills.
· Knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation.
· Ability to multi-task and work independently
· Proficiency in Excel, payroll administration and have excellent analytical skills
· Passion for payroll, team work, prioritize, think outside of the box and have a positive attitude
