Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience in a sales management consulting, sales operations, sales leadership or related role.
10 years of experience leading a technology-focused vendor program.
8 years of experience in people management.
Experience building business cases or plans that incorporate market research, competitive intelligence, and internal resource analysis to recommend a course of action.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with multiple vendors, running sales or account management process, support processes for B2B and managing vendor contracts, particularly in a managed services environment.
Knowledge of ML/AI Ops and technical aptitude.
Ability to build trust-based relationships with executive management across IT, businesses, vendors and other stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent executive management and presentation skills.
