- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in a sales management consulting, sales operations, sales leadership or related role.
- 10 years of experience leading a technology-focused vendor program.
- 8 years of experience in people management.
- Experience building business cases or plans that incorporate market research, competitive intelligence, and internal resource analysis to recommend a course of action.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with multiple vendors, running sales or account management process, support processes for B2B and managing vendor contracts, particularly in a managed services environment.
- Technical aptitude and knowledge of ML/AI Ops.
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with senior management across IT, businesses, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong executive management and presentation skills.
