Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and implementation of an effective Change Enablement Strategy to accelerate the adoption of the model and enabling technologies
  • Partner with Change Enablement Lead and cross-functional global teams to evaluate change needs to support various personas throughout the change cycle
  • Understand change needs and develop creative content and consistent messaging to support aligned with Boston Scientific values and brand standards
  • Stay abreast of HR work across the model and help connect efforts to identify synergies and gaps to accelerate change and manage risk
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of change activities and communications to ensure alignment and progression of strategy and goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management and/or Communications background preferred
  • Experience creating content for print and digital platforms preferred
