What you'll do

• Work on and take lead in engaging local HR projects
• Provide support to the HR Director in daily operational and administrative tasks
• Contribute fresh ideas and be an integral part of continuous improvement initiatives
• Draft internal communications and presentations
• Organize internal and external events with strong focus on Health & Well-Being
• Play a crucial role in employer branding initiatives
• Manage administration of 3rd party relations and services, monitor budgets
• Analyze data and create compelling reports

What you bring

• Enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied science,
• Preferred fields of study: Business-oriented studies with a focus on Human Resources Management,
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams),
• Excellent command of both English and German languages,
• First experience with AI tools
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach,
• Ability to work accurately and independently,
