What you'll do
- Work on and take lead in engaging local HR projects
- Provide support to the HR Director in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Contribute fresh ideas and be an integral part of continuous improvement initiatives
- Draft internal communications and presentations
- Organize internal and external events with strong focus on Health & Well-Being
- Play a crucial role in employer branding initiatives
- Manage administration of 3rd party relations and services, monitor budgets
- Analyze data and create compelling reports
What you bring
- Enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied science,
- Preferred fields of study: Business-oriented studies with a focus on Human Resources Management,
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams),
- Excellent command of both English and German languages,
- First experience with AI tools
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach,
- Ability to work accurately and independently,
