In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in the independent advisor or Registered Independent Adviser channels with an emphasis on business and program execution
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to execution, with a strong emphasis on delivering results
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and push through resistance to achieve project goals
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in change management and fostering a culture of innovation within teams
- Knowledge of the independent advisor landscape and an understanding of the challenges faced by advisor business owners is highly desirable
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 65) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
- This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Pay Range
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
