Hybrid Work Model
Expectations and Tasks:
Lead analysis of customer situation requirements, including business requirements, program project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics. Lead engagement planning of Premium Engagement services to customer situation requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams. Lead engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery. Lead engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:
Functional experience with SAP’s Enterprise Solutions, Industry Solutions, Platform Solutions, SaaS Solutions, Third-Party Technologies, or Partner Technologies;
S/4 HANA or SAP ERP;
Lead design, implementation, and change management projects;
Facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation;
Lead engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops; and
Engagement planning of SAP services to customer requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams.
Position requires up to 80% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency:The annual base salary range for this position is125,611 - $206,640.$151,900 - $258,300
