Direct Monetization Managers on launch and usage strategy of features you worked on
Track the performance of released features and help monetization managers optimize them in order to achieve perfect KPIs.
Work closely and cooperate with product owners, UX/UI designers, analysts, operators, creative and economy managers.
Manage complex projects as the focal point of the studio, lead meetings, present to management and own the execution stage.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a marketing, Retention & CRM, brand or e-commerce manager or in the trade marketing field (in the online space - Advantage).
Experience as a monetization manager - advantage
Full understanding of calendar management and planning, layers of content, player motivation and pressure points
Strong technical aptitude - demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems.
Experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions
Excellent sense of accountability and ownership.
Great relationship-building skills, thrives in Taskforces and group projects
Ability to work on many projects simultaneously and connect between multiple stakeholders
Strong English, written/ verbal communication, and presentation skills
