• Manage daily customs activities, including reconciling missing import shipment documentation
• Complete tariff classification and valuation tasks for customs entries
• Conduct B2 and B3 entry audits and process adjustments
• Maintain and monitor Certificates of Origin for Free Trade Agreements (FTAs)
• Ensure customs bonds are kept up to date through the CARM portal
• Support logistics and compliance initiatives aimed at cost reduction and process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in international trade, preferably with a Tier 1 automotive company
• Strong understanding of customs operations, tariff classification, and trade compliance
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in managing documentation and audit processes
• Experience using the CARM portal or similar trade compliance platforms
• Background in customs-related cost saving initiatives
• Working knowledge of Canadian Free Trade Agreements
• Certification in customs or international trade
