Sales Manager, Patient Monitoring
You are responsible for:
- Setting strategies for the Danish market following the global as well as local direction and objectives, together with Nordic Business manager and Denmark Country manager.
- Executing the strategies and set a sales plan
- Selling Philips monitoring solutions to our customers at C-Level
- Leading a team consisting of account managers
- Managing and structurally follow up on your opportunities with Philips provided sales tools
- Collaborating with colleagues and other functions within Philips organization for best customer experience
- Reporting forecasts on a monthly basis
- Managing sales and commercial partnerships with customers from healthcare on national level
- Collect market information, trends, competition as well as keeping updated with clinical development and customer challenges.
- Participating in Nordic Management Forum, tracking team activities and providing feedback to and from the Danish market
- Reporting directly to the Country Manager in Denmark
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience as Sales Manager or similar
- A proven track record in building strong customer relations based on the ability to translate customer needs and challenges into tailored solutions and offerings
- Relevant clinical background or experience is an advantage
- A proven track record of building and growing business with the ability to transform customer needs and challenges into value adding solutions and offerings
- Background from Healthcare or Life Science
- A good network among senior healthcare professionals on the Danish market.
