Sales Manager, Patient Monitoring


You are responsible for:

  • Setting strategies for the Danish market following the global as well as local direction and objectives, together with Nordic Business manager and Denmark Country manager.
  • Executing the strategies and set a sales plan
  • Selling Philips monitoring solutions to our customers at C-Level
  • Leading a team consisting of account managers
  • Managing and structurally follow up on your opportunities with Philips provided sales tools
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other functions within Philips organization for best customer experience
  • Reporting forecasts on a monthly basis
  • Managing sales and commercial partnerships with customers from healthcare on national level
  • Collect market information, trends, competition as well as keeping updated with clinical development and customer challenges.
  • Participating in Nordic Management Forum, tracking team activities and providing feedback to and from the Danish market
  • Reporting directly to the Country Manager in Denmark

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience as Sales Manager or similar
  • A proven track record in building strong customer relations based on the ability to translate customer needs and challenges into tailored solutions and offerings
  • Relevant clinical background or experience is an advantage
  • A proven track record of building and growing business with the ability to transform customer needs and challenges into value adding solutions and offerings
  • Background from Healthcare or Life Science
  • A good network among senior healthcare professionals on the Danish market.
