To keep production running and leading troubleshooting activity related supplier quality: plant KPIs achievement (Product audit score, OEE)
Manage a team in their day-to-day operations, including creating rotations, and providing all levels of coaching
Support the development and lead the implementation of quality standards; coaching and mentoring the team during day-to-day operations as well as providing performance review feedback
Reporting and daily meetings with shop leaders, maintain Continuous improvement process (PDCA)
Communicate emerging and trending quality issues to prevent negative impact to the factory; collaborating closely with other Tesla cross-functional teams such as SIE, SQE, Production, Quality Engineers, MH Teams, etc.
Cost reduction activity, process optimization, TSORT and SSORT closure targets following; SCAR creation and MRB process following
Keep safety environment; job observation and oversee the performance of sorting companies; warehouse inventory control related parts quality issues; 5S discipline establish and audit program scheduling
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, evidence of experience and exceptional ability, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in English language; minimum of 2 years’ experience in People management experiences
Experience in a fast-paced and changing work environment, with busy workloads and meeting deadlines; demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize in highly dynamic production environment
Proven ability to lead the team, suppliers; automotive Experience 3+ year and Supplier’s Audits
Detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a collaborative project-focused environment, prompt and dependable, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines; ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, TQP standards working experience
