Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• The purpose of the Manager's work: Organization of work on the architectural design of all concept stores in the company. Project manage design process from concept design till opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide relevant insights and recommendations on performance trends and highlight key wins, opportunities, and challenges.
• Reviews, develops, and implements new store concepts for Adidas Wholesale doors.

• Reviews, agrees, and approves the developed project documentation.

• Manages the design of Retail & Wholesale stores and other facilities of Adidas within EM.

• Ensures compliance with the requirements and standards for the organization of labor in the design of new and reconstruction of existing facilities of the company, the development of technological processes and equipment, environmental protection.

• Implements measures to reduce the time and cost of the project, as well as the volume of project documentation using advanced design methods.

• Ensures the completeness of project documentation and compliance of the project with the technical specifications. Organizes experimental verification and research of new design solutions to justify the feasibility of their use.

• Submits for approval and take ownership of the developed projects with all stakeholders and higher authorities, customers, and examination bodies.

• Studying the latest achievements, as well as the experience of other brands, in the design and construction of retail spaces

• Prepares terms of reference and initiates tenders for the search for contractors wherever needed.

• Participates in the preparation of team workshops & other developments.

• Oversees the development and preparation of specifications for ordering commercial equipment and furniture.

• Participates in the preparation of store opening schedules and control of their implementation with market SD teams.

• Carries out a preliminary assessment of the premises for the possibility of opening an Adidas LLC store wherever required.

• Provides preparation and implementation of new store concepts for implementation as per the market requirements.

• Controls the implementation of design solutions in the process of construction and operation of stores in all channels.

• Provides timely support for all channels during the critical times of the project.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/ civil.
• Min. 7- 8 years of professional work experience
• Previous industry experience including retail sporting goods, fashion, FMCG
• Cross-functional experience ideally with Business development/ Retail Operations/ IT/ Sales/ Finance.
