Overseeing all aspects of our physical security infrastructure, including the access control system, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and coordination of the security guard team to ensure a safe and secure environment within Playtika Romania
Implementing and managing travel security measures to protect employees during business trips and ensure their safety and security at all times
Planning, developing strategies to maintain operations and reduce risks during unforeseen events or crises
Managing and upholding the integrity and credibility of our employees through thorough checks and continuous oversight will be a key responsibility
Conducting and overseeing investigations into any security breaches or incidents, ensuring they are thoroughly resolved and analyzed for future prevention
Working closely with external vendors and third parties that are integral to Playtika's security infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and high standards of security
Collaborating with various stakeholders across the company, including Operations, Legal, HR, and Recruitment teams, is essential. The ability to work synergistically across departments to uphold and enhance security measures is a critical aspect of this role
Requirements:
3+ years in the security industry, managing security activities
Previous security experience in Corporate Environment
Proficient in security and safety industry practices is a must
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, exhibiting your attention to detail when applying this knowledge to policy development and execution
Experience with Access Control, CCTV, IDS and other physical security systems
Meticulous organization skills, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines
Pro-active approach and willingness to take the initiative
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, ensuring high-quality work delivery in a organized manner
Excellent English and Romanian written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts with precision
Willingness to travel abroad for project-related activities
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as an integral part of a team
