As a Senior Machine Shop Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our machining processes run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards, while optimizing production schedules. You will guide a team of skilled technicians and work with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements. Your guidance will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our manufacturing operations to increase savings and better serve our customers. You will report directly to our Sr Reliability Rotating Engineer and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our machine shop operations, ensuring high-quality output and customer satisfaction.
• Guide and supervise a team of skilled technicians in the machine shop
• Work with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements
• Optimize production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
• Ensure machining processes are carried out in accordance with quality standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols

• 5+ years proven experience as a machine shop supervisor or similar role
• 5+ years of experience with machining equipment
• 5+ years of experience rebuilding all types pumps and compress • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies
• Excellent knowledge of machining processesand equipment
• Good insight into quality control ethics
• Proficientin SAP material ordering, scheduling, and job planning
