What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned shift/employees to achieve the required quality and production goals
- Maintain department records, inventories, and manage movement of product through the production area
- Ensure that product is in the process at all times while also planning and organizing work for smooth operations
- Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
- Monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations
- Work with employees to resolve technical and personnel problems
- Provide the shift to shift communication link in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals
- Has experience operating HR management systems (Ex: Kronos, Workday, Performance Review, etc.) for personnel management and development
- Experience working in a CNC machining environment
- 5 years of Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime, day/night shift
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
