Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned shift/employees to achieve the required quality and production goals
Maintain department records, inventories, and manage movement of product through the production area
Ensure that product is in the process at all times while also planning and organizing work for smooth operations
Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
Monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations
Work with employees to resolve technical and personnel problems
Provide the shift to shift communication link in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals
What You’ll Bring
Has experience operating HR management systems (Ex: Kronos, Workday, Performance Review, etc.) for personnel management and development
Experience working in a CNC machining environment
5 years of Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime, day/night shift
Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
