• Bachelor’s Degree in environmental, chemical, or civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Ohio, with the ability to obtain reciprocity in other States
• Demonstrated understanding of wastewater, drinking water and/or industrial water unit processes, water quality studies, regulations, permitting, advanced treatment technologies, master planning and condition assessments
• Willingness to learn Jacobs’ proprietary tools
• Strong water quality analyses background
• Experience providing and receiving Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews
• Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Master’s Degree in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering
• Research based background
• Experience mentoring and coaching other engineers
• Experience providing facility start-up assistance
• Proof of United States citizenship
•Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
