Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, online media environment, or marketing.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
1 year of experience in managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (e.g., Display and Video 360 (DV360)).
Experience in DV360 platform account management including campaign strategy, planning, set up, optimization, troubleshooting/escalation.
Knowledge of Connected TV (CTV)/Video ecosystem with YouTube campaign planning, set up and optimization.
