As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing and enhancing complex backend systems, including security features like API security enhancements, robust authorization implementations, strong input validation, etc.
• Integrating dynamic secret retrieval mechanisms into applications, focusing on secret rotation and security best practices.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure systems.
• Reviewing and remediate security issues found by security tools on the code to reduce the exposed risk of our applications.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven and extensive of experience as a backend developer with a focus on Python and Go.
• Have proven experience building complex systems and implementing secure coding practices.
• Have experience working in microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Have great understanding of API design, scalability, and system performance optimization.
• Have knowledge of security concepts, including secure application development/S-SDLC (Secure Development Lifecycle).
• Experience working with containerized environments and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Have exposure to DevSecOps practices and security-focused development workflows.
• Have Cloud experience (GCP or other platforms) and IaC knowledge (e.g., Terraform).
