Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience building Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) solutions, platforms or infrastructure.
- 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or in a related technical field.
- Experience working collaboratively with other designers (e.g., User Experience Researchers (UXR), User Experience (UX) writers, Product Managers, and Engineers).
- Experience driving technical cross-functional AI/ML based projects from research to production.
