The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for an EMEA Supplier Staffing Management Office. In this role, you will work closely with our Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Resource Management team to staff technically consider delivering partners for the projects in the EMEA region. As a Supplier Staffing Management Office, you will also report and manage key performance indicators critical to the success of the Consulting team in your region.

What will you do:

• Support activities for the Delivery suppliers

• Define prerequisites to onboard new suppliers

• Define an interview process for new workers for existing suppliers

• Categorize suppliers by niche, region & EMEA

• Define a centralized way to match the supplier's skills

• Support the EMEA KPIs such as: Cost by subcontractors, Volume of hours by subcontractors by region, and Centralize reports information

• Be the EMEA focal point for the suppliers

• Be the focal point to share current demand (supplier portal)

• Be the centralized manager in Red Hat

• Understand the additional capacity needed for the suppliers

• Support the decisions about the correct suppliers to provide the additional capacity

• Centralize the negotiation of the rates

What will you bring:

• Previous experience in a resourcing or project management-related role

• Excellent reporting skills

• Experience with resource assessment and allocation to appropriate assignments

• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and time management skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with contractual and financial concepts and terms

• Understanding of professional services automation software like FinancialForce PSA and SAP Fieldglass

• Customer service experience

• Good Google Sheets or Excel skills

• Experience with intercultural business environments

• Fluent English language skills
