In this role, you will develop the business strategy for partners and OEM's for the Security technology group. Driving processes to boost bookings, expand markets, and increase revenue to meet growth goals.

As a Vice President Security Business Development, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a strategic vision to increase revenue growth, bookings, and expand markets within the STG OEM pipeline.
• Identifying and assessing new OEM and technical partnerships that align with the STG portfolio vision to meet overall growth objectives.
• Creating and maintaining ecosystem strategies, processes, and plans that support sustainable growth and meet incremental financial objectives.
• Providing detailed financial reporting, including updates on the pipeline, bookings, revenue requirements, and joint marketing activities.
• Collaborating closely with diverse groups across Security, Product and Sales, to ensure cohesive business development initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 15 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent
• Be a seasoned negotiator with a track record of driving bookings and forming new OEM partnerships that impact business outcomes.
• Have demonstrated success in identifying new OEM business opportunities to drive growth.
• Have experience working closely with legal teams to navigate partnership agreements.
• Be a team player with exceptional communication, collaboration and experience working with executive level stakeholders
