The 3D Manufacturing Technician will work a Monday – Friday schedule, with occasional overtime if required for critical deadlines. Our pre-pilot line currently has two and is anticipated to have three shifts. This open position will work the existing 11:30am to 8pm swing shift and may be asked to work 3:30pm to midnight if that shift becomes a business necessity.The 3D Manufacturing Technician will retain a personal desk and a personal computer when working in our office environment. The primary working location will be in our manufacturing and research and development labs (No clean room bunny suits are required).
In this role, you will…
- Operate 3D Printing machinery
- Operate post process machinery
- Utilize solvents and resins for part manufacturing and machine cleaning
- Maintain records, follow work instructions, and ensure standards of safety and quality
- Communicate job status and machine status
- Perform quality inspections
- Package completed jobs
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
- Solve issues and exhibit high attention to detail
- Collaborate with teammates and execute with a sense of urgency
In this role, you’ll need …
- Experience as a machine operator, technician, assembler, or similar role
- PC experience in a work environment
- Experience in a 3D printing preferred
- Experience in medical industry manufacturing preferred
- Experience working in a high performing team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of directly related experience preferred
Primary Location Base Salary Range: $25.33 per hour to $32.43 per hour USD
