Job Description
to be based at one of our European manufacturing sites
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Evaluate potential suppliers’ technical capabilities against defined criteria to ensure selection of partners who can meet the Company’s business requirements as part of the formal sourcing process
Develop mitigation plans to address gaps and risks found during supplier selection and manage resolution of those plans (including on-site support, where needed) to ensure launch readiness and successful routine production
Your profile:
BS/BA degree in Engineering or Science
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, Technical, or Manufacturing / Packaging Operations, preferably with knowledge of cGxPs and pharmaceutical / life science operations
Ability to work in dynamic environments with potentially conflicting priorities
Demonstrated leadership skills including professional / interpersonal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain commercial relationships with suppliers
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Exposure to raw material management and/or experience in sterile environment.
Exposure with leading/executing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) projects with high-risk suppliers
Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g. Green Belt / Black Belt) or equivalent demonstrated process improvement experience
Experience in Statistical analysis
