Software Global Product Manager (Plymouth, MN)
Job DescriptionAs the Software Product Manager for the IntraSight Platform at Philips IGTD, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our market-leading image-guided therapy software. Leveraging your expertise in software as a medical device—and ideally cath lab experience in the cardiovascular or peripheral vascular space—you’ll drive innovation and alignment across product, sales, marketing, and services. This critical leadership role serves as the voice of the customer, ensuring we deliver best-in-class solutions that enable optimal patient care.
Your role:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature backlog for the IntraSight Platform. Lead the development of business cases and P&L ownership to ensure ROI, and represent the product perspective during strategic planning processes.
- Champion continuous customer and market insight gathering, rapid prototype, and iterative improvement to ensure the platform meets clinical and business needs.
- Act as the central product advocate internally and externally. Align cross-functional teams across product development, sales, marketing, and services to deliver on the product vision globally.
- Deep expertise in lean and agile methodologies, supporting excellence in product delivery, optimizing software product management practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as the product evangelist—supporting go-to-market activities, customer engagement, sales enablement, and product marketing with compelling messaging and feedback loops.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in software product management, software marketing and/or engineering.
- Your skills include stakeholder management, strong business acumen, product marketing intelligence, user experience research, NPI, PLM, and feedback management.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You’re a self-starter who can operate effectively, efficiently, and has strong communication skills.

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $120,000 to $193,000.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
